We treat all customer designs and project information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to change based on material costs, design complexity, and order quantity. Final prices will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

5.2 Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the individual purchase order or contract. Standard terms typically require payment in advance for new customers.

6. Quality and Tolerances

We strive to meet all specified tolerances and quality requirements. Quality standards and acceptance criteria will be defined in the purchase order or quality agreement.

Parts that do not meet agreed-upon specifications will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failure, or shipping delays.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiPrecision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
